Deana Saporito joined Innovative Services, Inc., d/b/a Upstate HomeCare as the Director of Finance in 2013. Deana is responsible for financial/cash management, purchasing/vendor relations, and the Human Resources department in this role. Since joining Upstate HomeCare, Deana has led the streamlining and automation of many functions within her department. These efficiencies allowed her team to grow within their roles and work on projects related to cost savings, more accurate reporting, and the development of location-specific Profit and Loss analyses.
Before joining our team, Deana spent five years with the Department of Defense as an accountant in the Leaders In Motion program, where she was groomed for leadership and project management roles. She also completed Six Sigma training with the DoD and Lean Manufacturing training as an accountant at ECR International.
Locally born and raised, Deana graduated with an AS in Business Administration from Utica School of Commerce. She then completed her BS in Business Management and MS in Accountancy at SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
