Fast growing HomeCare Company looking for a Patient Pay Customer Service Representative that will be the liaison between our company and our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquires, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by company
  • Answer a high volume of calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Document all calls, with details, in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Actively listen to customers and handle stressful situations with compassion and empathy
  • Accept and process patient payments
  • Facilitate resolution of customer complaints
  • Educate customers of their financial responsibility, statements and charges

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year work related experience in Health Care, insurance customer service, claims, billing or call center experience.
