Alyce Winkworth is Vice President, Chief Information Officer at Upstate HomeCare. Alyce is responsible for Upstate HomeCare’s Security, Privacy and Compliance, along with providing oversite and direction to the company’s Information Technology Department. Beyond that, Alyce tenaciously data mines the company’s information to provide valuable insights into the company’s activity to drive improvements in processes and patient care. Alyce is a Past President of the New York Medical Equipment Providers and has actively lobbied state and federal legislators for improvements to the home health care system. Alyce holds a Masters in Health Services Administration from the Graduate School of Management and Urban Profession at the New School, New York, New York. Alyce also obtained a license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
